MULTICORE VIDEO CABLE

A multicore video cable is a type of cable that contains multiple independent signal conductors or channels within a single outer jacket, specifically designed to carry multiple video signals (analog or digital) simultaneously and in an organized manner.

It is a multi-pair cable that bundles several individual video cables—such as coaxials or shielded twisted pairs—into one structure. Each core can carry an independent video signal, which helps reduce the number of loose cables in an installation.

Note:
A multicore cable does not mix signals internally; each core transmits its signal independently. The bundling is physical, not electrical.
