GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) The warranty for Percon products covers possible manufacturing defects and defects in the materials used for their production.

2) The warranty is valid for 8 years for all fixed-installation products.

3) In order to be entitled to warranty assistance, the buyer must keep this warranty card intended for this purpose.

4) The warranty applies solely and exclusively to the holder of the warranty certificate who owns the product.

5) The warranty includes repair and, when this is not possible, replacement of the product if the product is defective.

6) The Client undertakes to provide access to the installation or the place where the product is located in order to verify the defect or anomaly. After such verification, action will be taken in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions.

7) This warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, inappropriate handling, deterioration or other accidents.

8) Any type of compensation for direct or indirect damage caused to persons or materials arising from improper use of the product is specifically excluded.

9) This warranty is valid solely and exclusively within Spanish territory.

10) Connections assembled by Percon shall have a 1-year warranty, provided that it is a manufacturing defect, and never due to misuse.
