Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy

Percon openly states its intention to offer competitive services to all its clients; for this reason, it has implemented a quality management system within the organization, whose main objective is to achieve the satisfaction expected by clients through established processes based on continuous improvement.

The integrated management system is designed so that the services provided by the organization for the commercialization of cables, connectors and professional connections for professional audio and video applications are carried out correctly and efficiently, using the appropriate means and in such a way as to achieve the best possible results.

The implementation of the management system is focused on achieving the satisfaction expected by clients through established processes based on continuous improvement. In order to meet the proposed objectives, the integrated management system established by Percon, based on the reference standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015, is supported by the following basic pillars established by Management:

  • Satisfaction of our clients, based on the concept of innovative design and adaptation to client needs, including stakeholders interested in the company’s results, in everything related to the performance of our activities and their impact on society.

  • Objectives and goals focused on evaluating performance in terms of quality and the environment, as well as on continuous improvement in our activities, regulated in the Management System that develops this policy.

  • Compliance with the requirements of the applicable legislation and regulations governing our activity and environmental matters, the commitments acquired with clients and all internal rules or guidelines to which Percon is subject.

  • Motivating and training all personnel working in the organization, both for the proper performance of their job and for the continuous improvement of processes.

  • Maintaining fluid communication both internally, between the different levels of the company, and with clients.

  • Commitment to environmental protection, the preservation of the environment and the prevention of pollution.

  • Guaranteeing continuous analysis of all relevant processes, establishing the appropriate improvements in each case, based on the results obtained and the objectives established.

These principles are adopted by Management, which provides the necessary means and gives its employees sufficient resources for their fulfillment, expressing them and making them publicly known through this Quality and Environmental Policy.
