Cable Terms and Conditions

• 1.- The limited warranty applies to Percon products and covers any defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period.

• 2.- The warranty period for all Percon products intended for fixed installations is 10 years from the date of delivery.

• 3.- To be entitled to this warranty, the customer must keep the invoice for the goods identified with their identification code.

• 4.- The limited warranty applies exclusively to the customer, who is the sole holder of the warranty and the owner of the goods.

• 5.- In the event of any damage resulting from defects in material or workmanship, this limited warranty includes the repair or replacement of the defective product. Under no circumstances does it include the installation or removal of the product.

• 6.- The customer undertakes to provide access to the premises and show where the product is located in order to verify the existence of the defect or anomaly. After such verification, Percon will proceed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warranty.

• 7.- This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or damage that does not result from defects in material or workmanship.

• 8.- Any compensation for direct or indirect damage caused by misuse of the product is expressly excluded.
