PARALLEL AMPLIFIED AUTO SPEAKER CABLE

A parallel powered speaker cable is a type of cable used in professional audio systems to connect and distribute audio signals between speakers that already have built-in amplification (powered or active), in a parallel configuration.

What does "parallel powered" mean?

- Powered speaker: A speaker that has its own built-in amplifier, therefore, it does not require an external amplification stage.

- Parallel connection: Refers to a connection method in which multiple speakers receive the same audio signal from a single source (such as a console or mixer), thanks to the fact that active speakers allow signal daisy-chaining.

What does the cable do?

- Transmits a balanced (unamplified) line signal, usually through XLR or TRS connectors, between one powered speaker and another.

- It does not carry a power signal, as each speaker has its own power source and internal amplifier.

- Allows you to send the audio signal to multiple speakers without the need for an additional distributor.
